The Petitioners have put forth prayer clauses (A) and (B), as under:- "(A) The Petitioners are praying direction to respondent authority to quash and set aside impugned communication dated 28.12.2023 issued by respondent No.4 which is contrary to the government resolutions dated 14/11/1994, 01/07/1995, 01/12/2022, 26/09/2023, 27/09/2023, 27/12/2023.

(B) The petitioners praying direction to the respondent authority that, the petitioners be considered for promotion on the post of 'Kendra Pramukh' (Centre Heads) in view of G.R. dated 14/11/1994, 01/07/1995, 01/12/2022, 26/09/2023, 27/09/2023, 27/12/2023."

The Petitioners have tendered a representation. The Petitioners were before us, earlier in Writ Petition No.849 of 2024. By order dated 23.01.2024, we had directed the Zilla Parishad to deal with their representations. The representations have been dealt with. The Petitioners have been refused promotion as 'Kendra Pramukh' (Centre Head).

Issue notice to the Respondents by keeping the aspect of maintainability of this Petition open, returnable on 21.08.2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

All office objections to be removed on or before 08.08.2024, failing which, the Petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on 09.08.2024.
