Heard. These applications are for withdrawal of amount. Learned Advocate for respondent No.3 has strong objection to allow the applications. The learned Advocate for the applicants has produced on record an order passed in C.A. No.4971 of 2024 in FA No.1579 of 2023, arising out of the same acquisition proceedings.

In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing an undertaking that in-

( 2 ) [ca9479.24] case the appeals are allowed, the applicants shall redeposit the amount with interest within 12 weeks from the date of such order. Remaining 25% amount shall be invested in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank, to be renewed from time to time till disposal of the appeals.
