Vide the present Review Application, the Review Applicants seek clarification in respect of the order dated 6.5.2015 delivered in W.P.No.4101/2001 to the extent that the benefit i.e. to be given to the non-applicants as directed in the said order under review should be after adjusting the payment already made. 3.

It is needless to state that when we had directed the present Review Applicants to give benefit of 5th Pay Commission to the original Writ Petitioner No.1, the same would be after adjusting the

payment already made to the original Writ Petitioner No.1. 4.

With the aforesaid clarification, the Review Application is disposed of. No costs.
