This matter was heard for some time, yesterday. A specific ground is raised by the Respondents that the Petitioner is not a member of the trust, having been removed in 2017. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought an over-night pass over. 2.

Today, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition.

If the Petitioner desires to challenge his removal as a Member of the trust and if there is no legal impediment insofar as the law of limitation is concerned, the disposal of this Petition would not be an impediment.
