By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent no.16(1) Sheshrao Panchal, who died on 17.12.2013.

The notice of this application is served to the proposed legal heirs, however none appears.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, which are uncontested, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses 'B' and 'C'.

b.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.

c.

Civil Application is disposed of.
