Heard Shri Undre, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

The learned counsel submits that inadvertently, necessary steps could not be taken to serve respondent no.2 and in the circumstances, this Court vide order passed on 24.08.2018 has dismissed the petition against respondent no.2 in default. The learned counsel submits that the applicant will take all necessary steps to serve respondent no.2 and has therefore prayed for setting aside the dismissal order passed against respondent no.2. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 24.08.2018 passed

30-CA-7707-2019.odt (2) by this Court is set aside. The petition stands restored against respondent no.2. The civil application stands disposed of.
