We have heard learned Counsel for the applicantaccused for some time. In the order dated 27.09.2018, in Criminal Applications No. 1717 of 2018 with 2385 of 2018, this Court (Coram: T. V. Nalawade & Smt. Vibha Kankanwadi, JJ.) has expressed its disinclination to grant the relief. The learned Counsel, in the said applications, has requested that hearing of the appeal may be expedited. This Court has directed to list the matter for fnal hearing and has further granted liberty to the

{2} crappln1763.21.odt applicant to fle an application for bail after six months. The applicant-accused never sought circulation for fnal hearing of the appeal. This application is fled after a gap of three years for suspension of substantive part of the sentence and for bail. In view of the same, we are not going to entertain this application. However, we are inclined to list the appeal for fnal hearing on 04th February-2022.

Criminal Application is disposed of.
