Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is transferred from the respondent No. 3 to the respondent No. 2.

According to the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3, the petitioner is not relieved by the respondent No. 2. 3.

According to the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2, there is no vacancy in non PESA area with the respondent No. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 on instructions submits that, as and when vacancy would arise in non PESA area, the claim of the petitioner would be considered.
