PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Phatale, the learned Counsel submits that the validation proceedings are pending with the committee. The petitioner has completed the engineering course, however, the leaving certificate and other original documents are not issued.

The learned AGP on instructions submits that the proceedings could be completed within a period of six (06) months. 3.

The committee shall decide the validation proceedings within a period of six (06) months. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 05.08.2019. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall declare the result of the petitioner's examinations and may also issue leaving certificate, if the petitioner is otherwise entitled to. However, the petitioner shall not be issued

2 908-WP8296-19.doc with the degree certificate unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. It is also made clear that the petitioner if seeks admission in further course, he shall not take benefit of reservation till the validation proceedings are decided.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
