By this application, filed under section 439 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, the applicants seek cancellation of bail granted in favour of respondents No.2 and 3 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dhule in Crime No. 46 of 2020 registered with Mohadi Nagar Police Station, Dhule for offence punishable under sections 306, 323, 504, 506, 427 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions,
