The petitioners term the letter dated 27th February, 2018 as an impugned order.

I find the said letter to be an opinion expressed by the Tahsildar, Gangapur, addressed to the District Collector, Aurangabad. This cannot be an order passed by a quasi Judicial Authority or an order in any proceeding.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners, therefore, prays that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition and take recourse to a remedy as may be permissible in law.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. The petitioners would be at liberty to take recourse to such a remedy, as may be permissible in law.
