3] During hearing, Mr.Karpe, learned counsel for the respondents, states that the only certificate
2 25-fa2382-14.odt regarding the relation of the deceased with the respondents is issued and present respondents would not claim any right, title or interest in the property i.e. Gat No.426 of village Undirgaon. 4] In view of the above statement, Mr.Kulkarni submits that the appeal may be dispose of.
5] In the circumstances, in view of the statement made by Mr.Karpe, the the appeal is disposed of without any order as to costs.
6] In view of disposal of the appeal, the application for stay does not survive and the same also stands disposed of.
