DATE : SEPTEMBER 12, 2022 ORDER :- These are the applications under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.0307 of 2022 registered with Ahmedpur Police Station, Dist.Latur.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

One of the applicants (i.e. applicant in Bail Application No.1047 of 2022) is a woman. Fortunately, the victim has not parted

7-BAs.1047 and 1172 with any amount in favour of the applicants or the co-accused. On investigation, charge sheet has been filed. The offence is triable by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class. It will necessarily take time for commencement and conclusion of the trial. 4.

In view of the above, the Court is inclined to grant the applicant bail. Hence, the following order:- (i) The applications are allowed.

(ii) The applicants be released in connection with Crime No.0307 of 2022 registered with Ahmedpur Police Station, Dist.Latur, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount. (iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
