The applicant is seeking bail in Crime no.
of 49 of 2016 registered at Ashti Police Station, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under section 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian
2 Cri. Appln. 3825-2016 Penal Code and under Section 4/25 of the Arms Act. 3.
Perused the FIR. The role attributed to the applicant in the crime in question is use of sword for causing assault on the head of the complainant.

The investigation in the matter is over as the chargesheet is filed. During investigation, a rod is seized from the applicant. The nature of injury suffered by the complainant, pursuant to the attack of the applicant, appears to be simple one or non-grievous.

In my opinion, since the applicant has already undergone the custodial interrogation, no purpose will be served by ordering his further detention. Hence, the following order :- 6.
The applicant be released on bail in Crime no. 49 of 2016 registered at Ashti Police Station, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable
3 Cri. Appln. 3825-2016 under section 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/25 of the Arms Act, upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
