By this application, the applicant seeks to condone the delay of 26 days caused in filing the criminal revision application. 2.

Both the learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties jointly submit that there is possibility of an amicable settlement and the parties may be given a chance to explore such possibility through Mediation.

Considering the submissions advanced, Dr. R. J. Godbole, learned Advocate is appointed as a Mediator. He is requested to act as a Mediator and submit his report of such mediation within a period of six weeks from today.

The parties shall appear before the learned Mediator on 11/09/2023. The learned Mediator shall accordingly fix his programme and submit a report before the Court on the next date.
