CORAM:

ANOOP V. MOHTA AND SUNIL K. KOTWAL, JJ.

DATED:

6th July, 2017.

FINAL ORDER :

1.

Heard learned counsel for the parties. We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, as the petition is against rejection of interim order passed by learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) as the main Original Application, whereby challenge is raised by the petitioner to the transfer order, is pending.

2.

Apart from the grievances so raised, the petitioner's case/ representation of request transfer on the foundation of "couple convenience" is not considered till this date. By the

Writ Petition No.8363/17 impugned order, petitioner is transferred to Degloor, District Nanded, which is 300 Kms. away from Osmanabad, where the wife of petitioner is working. Therefore, at this stage, we are inclined to order status quo. Learned Tribunal to decide the main Original Application as early as possible. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs 3.

Parties to maintain status quo till disposal of the Original Application by the Tribunal.
