The Appellant-wife has filed this application to stay the judgment and decree passed by the Appellate Court in Regular Civil Appeal No.212 of 2013 dated 16.03.2019. Considering the fact that today appeal is admitted and submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant-wife, there shall be stay to the judgment and decree passed by the Appellate Court till decision of the Second Appeal.
