Heard learned AGP for the applicant and learned counsel for respondents/original claimants.

This court under order dated 20th April, 2016 granted conditional stay on depositing the entire decretal amount within a period of 12 weeks but there was no response received from the appellant State of Maharashtra. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep the present applications for stay alive. Accordingly, the applications stand rejected with liberty to the respondents/claimants to execute the award for recovery of amount as per the provisions of law. [K.K. SONAWANE] JUDGE.
