It is submitted that the delay of 215 days is caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application, which is not intentional. By inviting attention of this Court to the pleadings in the application, it is submitted that because of communication gap between the applicant and his Advocate, the delay is occasioned. 3.

The notice of this application is served upon the respondents. The contents of the application are uncontroverted. 4.

In that view of the matter, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

The application is allowed.

b.

Delay of 215 days caused in filing the Criminal Revision
