This is an application seeking restoration of writ petition dismissed for non removal of office objections with a prayer to condone the delay.

We have heard the learned advocate for the applicant and the learned A. G. P. respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4. None is present for the respondent No. 3.

Considering the nature of the dispute coupled with grounds mentioned in the application, which has gone without any deemer, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The writ petition is restored to its original position subject to

2 ca 7788.24 following two (02) conditions :

(i) Office objections are now removed within a period of two

(02) weeks from today.

(ii) The petitioner deposits cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. Two thousands only) with the Registry also within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
