The validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending as contended by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the admission to the IInd year B. E. is not given to the petitioner on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted.

Mr. Girase and Mr. Bagul, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submit that, as validity certificate is not submitted, the admission is not rightly given.

It is stated that, validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. Considering above, there is no impediment to respondents to allow the petitioner to prosecute further course subject to decision of the Committee in the validation proceedings. The respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (9) months from today. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
