1) Heard. This is an application filed by the appellant/State seeking condonation of delay, of 539 days, which has caused in filing the present First Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 27.11.2009 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division Latur in LAR No. 395/1988.

2) Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent/original claimant has filed an affidavit in reply. The same is taken on record. The learned Counsel for respondents has strongly

opposed for condonation of delay. However, having regard to the reasons stated in the application for occurrence of the delay, which according to me are sufficient, the delay stands condoned. The Civil Application is disposed of. 3) The appeal be registered in accordance with law.
