3] Considering the cause assigned for condonation of delay and cause of action survives to prosecute the appeal by L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.15, I am of view that the application deserves to be allowed. 4] Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses [B] and [C]. Necessary substitution be carried out within one week.
