Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. The appellant is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (in short "POCSO" Act) and sentenced to R.I. for 3 years and directed to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only), I.D. to suffer R.I. for one month.

Appellant was on bail during the trial. After the conviction he was released on bail by the Trial Court. It will take some time for hearing of the appeal, therefore, appellant is ordered to be released on bail on executing his PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thosusand).

He is directed to attend the this Court regularly. 4.

Bail before the Trial Court.

Issue notice to respondent No. 2, returnable on 15.09.2021.
