We are informed that the Vigilance Cell report has been submitted and it is likely to be served upon the Petitioner at the earliest.

Considering the aforesaid stage of the proceedings and the fact that the Petitioner is a student aspiring for admission to the B.B.A. course, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.2 to decide tribe claim of the Petitioner at the earliest and in any case on or before 15.09.2025. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
