2] It is pointed out that in the operative order, by mistake, case number is wrongly mentioned as 42/2000 and it should be 48/2000. The mistake is typographical mistake. Hence, same needs to be corrected as 48/2000 in place of 42/2000. Accordingly the case number be corrected as Sessions Trial No.48/2000 in place of Sessions Trial No.42/2000.
