Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.224 of 2022, registered with Killari Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504, 506 of the IPC.

It is the case of quarrel for repaying the borrowed amount of Rs.150/- taken from the applicant. The applicant was insisting for money and the injured was avoiding to pay. In that scenario, the incident happened. The applicant is languishing in jail since last more than one year. The charges have been framed. But, there is no progress in the trial.

57-BA.1204-24.odt Considering the facts in which the incident happened and no hopes of speedy trial, it would be inappropriate to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant ANIL VISHWANATH SARWADE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, on the following conditions :

(a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall attend the trial on each and every date.
