Learned counsel for the applicants makes a statement that after the impugned order, the applicant/wife went to cohabit with the respondent-husband. However, again she has been driven away from house. Hence, keeping her legal right unaffected, leave may be granted to withdraw the criminal revision application.

On the above statement, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the criminal revision application keeping her legal rights open to claim the reliefs under the law to the appropriate Court.

The Criminal Revision Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
