The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, he submits that the crime was registered way back in the year 2004 and the applicant came to be arrested in connection with present crime in execution of non bailable warrant in the year 2020. The learned Counsel submits that necessary directions may be given to the trial Court to dispose of the case expeditiously.

The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the old Sessions case as expeditiously as possible. The applicant is at liberty to fle an application for expeditious disposal of the case.
