The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, in order to pursue the matter in the pending Revision Application No.17 of 2024, before the Joint Charity Commissioner at Pune. We are informed that a stay application is also filed in the revision application. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue the revision application as well as the application for stay.
