ORDER

1.

Heard rival submissions.

2.

The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body along with the interest accrued thereon.

The learned counsel for the applicant placed on record copy of order dated 26/02/2021 whereby this Court in other connected matters has granted withdrawal of 75% of the entire compensation alongwith the interest to the applicants therein. 3.

As such, the applicant herein is permitted to withdraw 75%

(2) 935- CA-7880-2022.odt of the deposited amount of compensation, i.e. 50% on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security, alongwith the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date, to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.

The remaining amount be kept in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal.
