No interim relief has been granted by this Court to the Petitioner.

Shri Barde, learned Advocate for the Respondent/ Employee, indicates from the certified copy of the judgment and order dated

In the light of the statement made as above and in view of Complaint (ULP) No.64/2006 having already been dismissed by the judgment of the Industrial Court dated 27.07.2012, the challenge to the interim order passed by the said Court on 17.02.2007 in the same complaint which is subject matter of this petition, would not survive.
