The Applicant (Original Petitioner) seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition for the reason that the contesting Respondent No.4 i.e. the Agricultural Produce Market Committee has itself withdrawn its earlier notice dated 18.02.2021 demanding certain amounts from the Petitioner. Copy of the communication addressed to the Petitioner recently on 03.05.2025 is annexed to the Application. 2.

In view of the said communication, the grievance of the Petitioner no longer survives.

Apart from seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is further seeking permission to withdraw the amount of

2 902.WP.4544.21.odt Rs.2 lakh, deposited in this Court as per order dated 15.03.2021 when notice was issued in this petition.

We are satisfied that the aforesaid prayer can also be granted. 5.

In view of the above, the Application is allowed. The Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. 6.

The Petitioner is further permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2 lakh along with accrued interest lying in deposit in this Court. 7.

The petition as well as civil application stand disposed of in above terms.
