Learned counsel thus seeks six weeks time to submit the cheque of the compensation amount in terms of the award impugned before this Court. In view of the same, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The applicant insurer is permitted to deposit the cheque within six weeks from the date of this order. ( V. K.
