Limited grievance raised in this petition is that, though the petitioner was placed under suspension, no subsistence allowance is paid by the respondents.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, for first four months, respondent no.3 is supposed to pay subsistence allowance and for remaining period respondent nos. 4 to 6 are supposed to pay the subsistence allowance. 4.

We direct respondent no.3 to pay subsistence allowance for first four months, and for further period, the subsistence allowance should be paid by respondent nos. 4 to 6, if already not paid to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from today.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
