Learned AGP points out that Writ Petition Nos. 8004/2023 and 8006/2023 are not connected with each other. Hence, not be placed before this Court together.

Learned counsel for contesting Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in Writ Petition No. 8006/2025, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondents, makes a statement on instructions that since it is the grievance of the Petitioner that he was not made party to the proceedings before the Mamlatdar under Section 153 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, the Petition be allowed by setting aside the impugned order and relegating the matter back to the Mamlatdar for decision afresh after adding the Petitioner as party Respondent.

Learned counsel for Petitioner records consent for the said arrangement.

In view of above, Writ Petition No. 8006/2025 stands allowed. Impugned order is set aside. The concerned authority is directed to decide the proceeding expeditiously in any case within a period of six months from today.
