The learned counsel submits that the petitioner had filed proposal for additional strength of students. The said proposal has been recommended by the Commissioner-Respondent No.3 to respondent no.1 and the same is pending with respondent no.1.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 3 and submits that respondent no.1 would take decision on it on its own merits. 3.

In case, the proposal forwarded by respondent no.3 is pending with respondent no.1

(2) 23-wp-8314-2019 (Exhibit F Page No.108), the respondent no.1 shall take decision upon it expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months.
