It is stated that claimant Prabhavati died on 02-06-2019 and because the appellant-Acquiring Body has not taken steps to bring legal representatives of claimant- Prabhavati on record. This application has been fled by legal heirs.

Heard learned counsels appearing for the respective parties. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the Acquiring Body has no objection if the application is allowed and legal heirs of claimant Prabhavati are permitted to be brought on record. 4.

In that view of the matter, the civil application is allowed. The appellant is permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of sole claimant.

The appellant shall take steps to amend the appeal memo within a period of two weeks.
