O R D E R

Learned AGP Mr. Patil and representative of the appellant Mr. Promod Kudale, Deputy Collector, Beed, are present today. 2.

On instructions, learned AGP seeks permission to withdraw first appeals, in view of the Government Resolution No. Sankirna2014/Prak.Kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 03.11.2016 with Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018, to the said Government Resolution. 3.

Leave is granted. All these First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.

If the amount is already deposited in this Court, the same shall be transmitted to the Reference Court. The respondents/claimants are entitled to withdraw the same along with accrued interest thereon. If the amount is not deposited or if there is deficit, the same shall be deposited before the Reference Court within a period of six months from today. Same shall be treated as an undertaking. On deposit of such amount, same shall be disbursed to the respondents/claimants, with accrued interest.

Court fees be refunded as per Rules.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
