It would be open for the petitioner to approach the Education Officer for redressal of his grievance relating to proposal of inter se seniority, eligibility, etc. If the petitioner approaches Education Officer with appropriate appeal / representation, the Education Officer, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the concerned teachers, shall take appropriate decision expeditiously, in accordance with the provisions of law.
