Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants be allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.35,00,000/- deposited in this court under order dated 10-07-2015 in connected contempt petition no. 371 of 2014.

Learned counsel Mr. Thoke for respondent No. 3 submits that as far as this amount is concerned, it is not disputed and on instructions states that the bank has no objection if the applicants are allowed to withdraw said amount. 3.

As such, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of.
