The learned counsel submits that the petitioners are issued with the tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu', but with incorrect spelling. The petitioners had applied for issuance of tribe certificate with correct spelling of tribe.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents.

The petitioners shall submit original tribe certificate received by them to the S.D.O. The S.D.O. on receipt of the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling shall issue the tribe certificate with correct spelling of the

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
