This is an application for grant of bail. Applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No. 183/2015 registered with Tofkhana police station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable u/s 498-A,306 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard Mr. A.S.Lomte, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. A.S.Shinde, learned A.P.P. for respondent - State.

Applicants are brothers-in-law of deceased Sarita. Her marriage was performed with Atish about 10 years ago.

2 Cr.Apln. 3828.2015 F.I.R. is lodged by Vijay, father of the deceased. According to F.I.R., present applicants used to indulge themselves in such activities which can be termed as atrocities, both physical and mental, on the deceased.

Learned A.P.P. submitted that the investigation is in progress. In the investigation papers, there is suicidal note of deceased. Perusal of the said suicidal note shows that deceased was having tendency to commit suicide for no reason. Further, statement of Harsh, son of the deceased is also recorded. He contradicts the version made by the first informant in the F.I.R.

Investigation is almost over. Only formality of filing of charge sheet remain to be done. In that view of the matter, application of the present applicants can be considered favourably. That leads me to pass the following order. (i) Present Criminal Application is hereby allowed.

(ii) Applicant No. 1 Pramod s/o Waman Wakode and applicant No. 2 Jagdish s/o Waman Wakode be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 183/2015 registered with Tofkhana police station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable u/s 498-A,306 of the Indian Penal Code on they executing P.R. Bond

3 Cr.Apln. 3828.2015 of Rs. 10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand] with one solvent surety of like amount by each of them. Bail before the trial Court.

(iii) With these observations, Present Criminal Application is disposed of.
