IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO. 8119 OF 2025 SANGRAM BANDAPPA MALGE

VERSUS

THE CHARITY COMMISSIONER AND OTHERS ...

Mr. Gunale Vishwamber Digamberrao, Advocate for the Petitioner Mr. P. D. Patil, AGP for Respondents-State CORAM : S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.

DATE : 08.07.2025 PER COURT :- 1.

Heard Mr. Gunale, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner.

2.

On, prima facie, consideration of submissions, petition appears to be premature and filed on the basis of apprehension of passing adverse order by Joint Charity Commissioner. 3.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain present petition.

4.

Accordingly, Mr. Gunale, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw writ petition with liberty to approach this Court, in case any adverse order is passed, particularly without granting opportunity of hearing to petitioner. 5.

Writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
