Present petition has been filed for directing respondent No.4 to grant the approval to appointment of petitioner as Clerk. The second prayer is that respondent No.4 be directed to consider and decide the proposal for grant of approval to appointment of petitioner as Clerk. Learned AGP, upon instructions, places on record the photo copy of communication dated 25.03.2023, wherein as regards appointment of petitioner is concerned, deficiencies were found and were communicated to

923_WP_14540_2025 the Management. However, now, by letter Exh. 'X-1' dated 18.11.2025 it has been informed by respondent No.4 to the Management that request has been received regarding appointment on compassionate basis for the post for which the petitioner was appointed, thereby the proposal of petitioner's appointment has been rejected.

In view of the said situation, learned Advocate for petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn to avail appropriate legal remedy.
