PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is original plaintiff. The respondent no.4 challenged the order of issuance of recovery certificate by filing Revision before the Hon'ble Minister. The Hon'ble Minister on 07.08.2014 granted stay. However, thereafter, no further proceedings are taken up nor the petitioner is made party.

The petitioner may take steps as may be permissible under law to get himself impleaded as party.

The application that would be filed by the petitioner certainly would be decided on its own

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
