The Petitioner prays for appointment as a Para Teacher. The learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that his proposal is already forwarded to Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Unless they grant approval, no further steps can be taken. The case is pending at that stage. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the expectation that Respondent Nos.1 and 2 would scrutinize the proposal of the Petitioner strictly in accordance with law by following the procedure established and in light of the GRs dated 31.07.2009 and 27.09.2011. Let this exercise be completed within 90 days. If there are any deficiencies, the competent committee would refer the deficiencies to the Zilla Parishad which would initiate steps to remove the deficiencies.
