Mr.Thigle, learned counsel states that the State has filed affidavit-in-reply in W.P.No.6121/2013, which was filed by the similarly situated petitioners stating that the request made by the Zilla Parishad for sanction of 18 posts of Resource Person is not considered and the said posts are not sanctioned and said W.P.No.6121/2013 stands rejected.

We have heard learned counsel for petitioner, so also the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad.

As the proposal of the Zilla Parishad seeking sanction of 18 more posts itself is turned down, the grievance of the petitioner as such can not be considered. The Writ Petition as such is disposed

of.

In view of disposal of Writ petition, the interim order does not survive.
