The applicant - Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Mumbai ("BPCL") desires to intervene in the present Writ Petition since it's existence has led to the petitioner acquiring a dealership and thereby, acquiring a right to store petroleum products and sell them from the tenanted premises.

Shri Shah, learned Advocate for the petitioner does not oppose. 3.

In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The petitioner shall add the applicant Nos.1 and 2 as respondent Nos.4 and 5 in the petition. Addition to be carried out within two weeks from today.

Shri Kulkarni submits that his rights in this petition, if crystallized, would lead to the continued existence of the petitioner as the petitioner is the authorized dealer of B.P.C.L. Needless to state, the contentions of the petitioner as well as the added respondents, shall be considered on their own merits while deciding the Writ Petition.

Shri Kulkarni makes a statement that after addition of the parties, he waives service for the added respondents.
