Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are claiming benefit of time bound promotional pay scale pursuant to the Government Resolution dated 1st April, 2010 and clarification issued thereon on 1st July, 2011. The same was subject matter of consideration before the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 7062 of 2014 with connected writ petitions which have been disposed of at its principal seat on 24th June, 2016, wherein it is held that similarly situated employees are entitled for the benefit of the said Government

Learned Addl. G. P., upon instructions, states that the said judgment of the Division Bench of this Court (Principal Seat) delivered on 24th June, 2016 in Writ Petition No. 7062 of 2014 is complied with. Learned Addl. G. P. submits that a proposal has been sent to the Government for making necessary correction in the Government Resolution and that is accepted and the same is pending with the Government.

In light of above and for the reasons stated in the judgment dated 24th June, 2016 in Writ Petition No. 7062 of 2014 and connected matters, the present writ petition is allowed. 4.
The benefits of the said Government Resolution dated 01.04.2010 and its clarification dated 01.07.2011 be accorded to the petitioners, in case the petitioners comply with all other requirements of the said Government Resolution. The same be done expeditiously.
